The Global Accounts Manager is responsible for all sales activities - from generating new leads to closing deals to targeting Enterprise clients, is challenged with maintaining an existing client base while developing new business, with creating and implementing successful marketing and business plans, with coordinating the efforts of a diverse team – from sales and marketing to technical services – to deliver the best possible solution to your client, and, most challengingly, to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect new clients
- Meet revenue targets
- Support and grow existing client business
- Develop and implement successful prospect sources and implement new client acquisition action plans
- Develop and demonstrate thorough knowledge of Company’s pricing models
- Manage sales funnel
- Develop and grow relationships with business and client leadership
- Provide detailed business information and client requirements for network design for a client solution
- Manage renewals
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- 5-7 years sales experience
- Client networks experience
- Experience developing application solutions within existing accounts to generate new revenues
- Colocation, international and emerging technologies experience
- Enterprise networking solution experience
- Proven track record achieving sales quotas
- RFP experience
- Expertise developing technical and pricing solutions
- Able to keep accurate and up-to-date prospect and sales records
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
