Lauderdale Florida. The company specializes in online and direct mail marketing to consumers. They are approximately a $100+ million in revenue. The ideal person will have strong eCommerce experience in the B2C web development world (Primarily a Microsoft environment .NET 3.5) Large Call Center (VoIP) operations experience. Experience with International Call Centers and Off Shore relationships. Experience growing the IT Division of an organization that is in the process of moving towards an IPO.&nbsp;</p><br /><p>Must have proven ability to lead and develop a team of 60-100 employees, with 4-6 direct reports.&nbsp;This position will be responsible for the development of new B2C web sites (currently have 40+ sites and growing). Experience with the .NET framework. Experience developing in house web tracking applications. Large call center infrastructure experience. VoIP and call center software. &nbsp;Experience working for companies that have strong consumer marketing backgrounds. High transactional environments.</p><br /><p>This position will report directly to the CEO/President of the Company. We will consider relocation for the right person but the ideal person will already be located in the South Florida market.</p><br /><p>This position pays a base salary with a bonus potential of up to 50% of base salary. The Manager of Network<br />Services will lead and be responsible for managing Network<br />Engineering and Network Operations teams.<br /><br />Responsibilities:<br /><br />1 Design, architect and provide L4 Support of Cisco-<br />based Routers, Switches, Gateways, Security Solutions, Wireless<br />Solutions and Network Management Solutions across WAN/LAN<br /><br />2 Design, architect and provide L4 Support for network<br />security functions such as maintain Cisco ACS core environment<br /><br />3 Provides recommendations on architectural changes<br />and design enhancements to the infrastructure to improve reliably<br />and performance, reduce cost, and anticipate Company growth and<br />acquisition</p><p><br />4 Create / update policies, procedures, and<br />documentation to adapt to new technologies and business requirements<br /><br />5 Maintain relationship with telecommunications<br />carrier representatives for the existing and future network<br />installations<br /><br />6 Coordinate and act as liaison with vendors and<br />business partners of various organizations to procure equipment and<br />services related to telecommunication systems within the organization<br /><br />7 Maintain detailed knowledge of company network<br />standards and the overall local, regional and global network<br />environments<br /><br />8 Plan and assist in the design and implementation of<br />networking infrastructures (cabling, terminations, patch panels)<br />related to data, voice and video communications<br /><br />9 Coordinates with communication service providers for<br />installation, upgrade and disconnect of data and voice circuits and<br />account management/maintenance agreements This includes review and processing of invoices and correspondence related to data<br /><br />10 Responsible for managing and maintaining the Wide Area<br />and Local Area Networks proper capacity and scalability<br /><br />11 Responsible of configuring and maintaining a proactive<br />Network Monitoring System leveraging existing tools in order to<br />maintain and track Networks important metrics<br /><br />12 Performs ongoing network fine tuning, upgrades and<br />enhances to optimize Network performance, availability, stability<br />and security<br /><br />13 Responsible for performing frequent Network Trending &<br />Analysis and make recommendations and changes accordingly to<br />maximize performance and minimize costs<br /><br />14 Exceed Customer Expectations<br /><br />Qualifications:<br /><br />** 5-10 years of networking experience<br /><br />** 3-5 years of managing and leading a team of network<br />engineers<br /><br />** Certifications in: Cisco CCNP is a must, CCVP and<br />CCIE R&S highly desired<br /><br />** Cisco Switch, Router, and Load Balancing Equipment,<br />Cisco Pix Firewall, Cisco VPN Concentrator, Cisco Call Manager and<br />Cisco Unity, SNMP network management, highly desirable<br /><br />** Routing protocols (OSPF, BGP-4), MPLS, WAN circuit<br />experience is a must<br /><br />** Experience in a very wide range of leading edge and<br />traditional network and IP Telephony technologies<br /><br />** Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Visio and<br />Microsoft Project preferred<br /><br />** Wide breadth of hands-on networking and project<br />management skills<br /><br />** Knowledge of Cisco ACS server and triple A<br />(Authentication, Authorization and Access)<br /><br />** Knowledge of Cisco IPS **Intrusion Prevention**<br /><br />** Knowledge of Cisco SAFE framework is a plus<br /><br />** IP-4 / IP-6 knowledge is a plus<br /><br />** Knowledge of Unicast and Multicast is a plus<br /><br />** Knowledge of SIP is a plus<br /><br />** Knowledge of VPN tunneling and IPsec is a plus<br /><br />** Experience in WAN MPLS deployments is preferred<br /><br />** Experience in VOIP deployments is a plus<br /><br />** Microsoft Windows 2003 (Active Directory, DNS,<br />DHCP, Cluster, IIS and SQL) knowledge is a plus<br /><br />** CCSP, CISSP, or INFOSEC is a plus</p><br /><br /><br /><strong>Industry:</strong> Business Services<br /><strong>Discipline:</strong> Networks & Systems<br /><strong>Experience:</strong> 8 - 10 Years<br /><strong>Level:</strong> Manager<br /><strong>Compensation:</strong> $110k+<br /><strong>Company:</strong> Leading Service Company]]></description><pubDate>Sun, 15 Mar 2009 23:04:24 -0700</pubDate></item>
